The Yes4Youth Learnership program is open to unemployed South African youth between the ages of 18 and 35 who have a Grade 12 certificate. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in various aspects of cinema operations, including ticket sales, customer service, concessions, and film projection.
Throughout the learnership period, participants will receive a monthly stipend to cover their basic expenses. They will also be assigned to a mentor who will guide and support them in their learning journey. The program not only equips learners with technical skills but also focuses on personal development, fostering a strong work ethic, teamwork, and effective communication.
Upon completion of the learnership, participants will receive a nationally recognized qualification, providing them with a competitive edge in the job market.
