Spar is looking for a trainee manager to join their team .Trainee managers will undergo training that will enable them to advance to management positions within the SPAR Corporate Retail Sector. This is an opportunity for anyone who is willing to be in the retail industry ,if you meet the requirements to apply now .

- Rustenburg
- Emahleni/Witbank
- Heildelberg
- Ferryvale/Nigel
- Johannesburg ( Randparkridge and Lyndhurst)
Programme Principles
- Learn and gain knowledge of all departments within the Retail Store.
- Undergo training and development in all departments.
- Identify and understand the existing protocols per department.
- Gain practical experience in order to create innovative solutions to problems experienced.
- Fulfil a supportive role to the management team while in the learning environment
Requirements
- Computer literacy required, including the use of spreadsheets
- Exposure in the Food Retail industry
- Industrial Relations experience recommended
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
- Degree in Retail Management / Related
