Rewardsco has an opportunity for unemployed youth .If you currently unemployed apply for a learnership using your grade 12 .The learnership programme is open for 30 individuals who are willing to gain a qualification in General Management. It provides opportunities for learners to transfer between various specialisations within management.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must be a South African citizen
- No Work Experience gained
- Clear Criminal record
- Must have an original ID
- Must not be on any other learnership programme or currently studying
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and good listening skills
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Required Documents:
- Updated CV,
- Proof of residence (not older than 3 months),
- A certified ID copy and a certified Matric Certificate
The main aim of the Rewardsco learnership
This Learnership addresses each of these domains with generic competencies, allowing learning programmes to be contextualised for specific sectors and industries .Those selected will be placed within the Customer Operations Department. This Learnership is further intended to empower learners to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently as individuals .
