Requirements

  • South African citizenship
  • Completed Grade 12 certificate
  • Additional tertiary qualifications advantageous
  • Should not be permanently employed
  • Should not have more than 2 year’s work experience
  • Should be between the ages of 18 – 30 years
  • Commitment to the 12-month programme
  • Must not have completed a YES Learnership previously
  • A strong academic record
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • A positive attitude
