L’Oréal is in need of a finance intern that is ready to be in the beauty industry .The purpose of this opportunity is to gain gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals.
Duties
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights on business performance.
- Management Accounting: Support the development and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize your advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets, creating insightful reports and presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Ad hoc Projects: Provide support to the finance team on various projects and initiatives as required.

Minimum requirements
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong academic record demonstrating excellence in accounting and finance coursework.
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry and L’Oréal’s brands is a plus.
