ADMINI CLERK Vacancies (x11 posts) at the Western Cape Department OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS. This is a job opportunity for anyone who has grade 12/matric. The purpose of this job is to help out around the office on a daily bases .

Duties

  • Render an effective and efficient administrative support service in the Western Cape Health
  • Warehouse. Render effective and efficient warehouse-related support functions.
  • Keeping abreast and record relevant and Departmental prescripts/policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Senior certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience.
  • Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to collate, verify data, work accurately and methodically.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of administrative and/or support duties in a store/warehouse.
  • Knowledge in administration and rendering support services in a store or warehouse.
  • Appropriate experience in handling stock in a store/warehouse environment
